Warranty

Yes Welding, Inc. warrants that all services comprising part of or incorporated into the services will be performed in a good workmanlike and professional manner in accordance with generally accepted practices in the welding and construction industry and within the ethics and moral of the company.

Warrantied terms and conditions outside of Yes Welding Inc.’s warrantied terms and conditions can only be binding on the company when they have been expressively agreed to in writing between the contracting parties. Unless otherwise stipulated in an individual contract or in a written guarantee, the warranty period is final for each service or item.

Yes Welding, Inc. cannot warranty craftmanship or any work which has been completed by another contractor, subcontractor, second or third party. If any work done by Yes Welding, Inc. is retouched, resurfaced, altered, or manipulated in anyway by someone outside of our immediate line of company employees the warranty will become null and no longer be valid and covered by Yes Welding, Inc.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & COVERAGE

Yes Welding, Inc.’s warranty coverage applies only to normal use and reasonable wear conditions or damages as a result of any incorrect forging, cutting, rolling, welding, or any other related defect from workmanship on behalf of Yes Welding, Inc. Damage suffered as a result of unintended use of the product or “Acts of God” (i.e. house fire or natural disaster, etc.) are not covered as a part of Yes Welding, Inc.’s warranty. Do not hang or support other items or products on or off any of our fabrications or products which can cause damage or fall outside safe and unintended use. Do not alter any fabrication or product created and provided by Yes Welding, Inc. Doing so will result in a null and voided warranty.

In the event of a fabrication or product warranty claim, Yes Welding, Inc. may require the part returned to our facilities or photos or videos of the issue. All solutions and replacements are at the discretion of Yes Welding, Inc. to offer.

NOTICE FOR PROVIDED MATERIAL

You are always welcome to provide us with the metal, paint, or other supplies needed if you wish to only use our welding services. However, it is at your full discretion and responsibility. Yes Welding, Inc. cannot warranty any supplies or materials provided to us by a customer to be used for any service or product.

NOTICE OF PRODUCTS AND FABRICATIONS CONTAINING WOOD

Wood products are used, chosen, and installed under direction of the customer.

To achieve the necessary thickness or depth, we may edge or face glue most of our wood products. Wood is a natural product and will therefore vary from one board to another. This means any wood used for a requested project may not have a uniform color and grain pattern and may not match samples you have received or viewed from us.

All used lumber, both domestic and exotic may be prone to cracking, deformation, and warping. Warping is defined as a permanent curvature or deformation of the wood product. We encourage our customers to inspect their products containing wood upon arrival or installation for any warping and report it within one (1) week of receipt. Warping claims will not be honored outside of this one (1) week timeframe.

Due to the characterized nature of wood, unfinished wood products are prone to expansion and contraction in changing climates. This shifting in size can result in defects in unfinished or unstained wood products. It is the responsibility of the customer to store all wood products in a climate-controlled environment immediately upon receipt. Sealing wood products with a stain or finish significantly reduces the risk of cracking or warping, therefore it is encouraged and recommended that products are sealed or finished as soon as possible upon receipt or installation.

Yes Welding, Inc. is not responsible for defects to wood products which are not finished or stained within one (1) week of receipt based on customer request or work scope. Or which have been finished, painted, or stained by a second or third party. Any damages or costs incurred as a result not caused by Yes Welding, Inc. will not be refunded or replaced at Yes Welding, Inc.’s expense.

NOTICE OF PRODUCTS AND FABRICATIONS CONTAINING GLASS

We offer several mounting options and styles to create a custom design and unique look. Yes Welding, Inc. does not warranty glass panels or mounting hardware created or installed by a second or third party. Yes Welding, Inc. will however replace glass panels which arrive at the shipping/installation address damaged, chipped, scratched, or different from the approved drawings or needed dimensions. Any damages or costs incurred as a result not caused by Yes Welding, Inc. will not be refunded or replaced at Yes Welding, Inc.’s expense. If you find damage to the glass panels upon inspection or incorrect glass mounting immediately after delivery or installation, it is crucial that you report the damage or issue immediately for correction.

NOTICE OF PAINTED PRODUCTS

Yes Welding, Inc. recommends a powder coated finish for all exterior projects and partners with powder coating companies we see fit, who uphold our expected level of quality. Powder coating is intended to prolong the life of our metal products, but over the years weather exposure and incorrect maintenance can still cause damage to both the paint and products. We cannot warranty defects which are detected outside of our timeline period for work completion. Should you not be satisfied with the result of a powder coated product upon inspection immediately after delivery or installation, it is crucial that you report any damage or issues immediately so that we can correct any issue.

Yes Welding, Inc. also uses more affordable painting options for interior projects. Please note that spray painted options are more prone to scratches, chips, and wear and tear. Should you not be satisfied with the result of a spray-painted product upon inspection immediately after delivery or installation, it is crucial that you report any damage or issues immediately so that we can correct any issue.

Yes Welding, Inc. will happily recommend a paint shop or paint brand for repainting or touch up purposes on older or existing products.

NOTICE FOR PRODUCTS USING ELECTRICAL OPENERS OR LOCK SYSTEMS

We can ensure that all systems will be installed safely and correctly. However, we can occasionally receive faulty receivers or board panels from the manufacturer of the product. If for any reason any parts of an opener or lock system are not operating or functioning correctly upon the finalization of installation it is crucial to inform us immediately to correct the issue. We cannot warranty any issues arising from the mishandling of equipment or systems. Or incorrect, inappropriate, or unsafe operation of equipment or systems. All liability falls under the care and proper use of the customer once product, goods and services are transferred over and approved.

Yes Welding Inc. is selective on the products we have trusted for years when it comes to electrical gate openers and lock systems. Any issues that pertain to or arise from the manufacturing of any electrical opener or lock system is not responsibility of Yes Welding, Inc. We cannot provide warranty for equipment which was not manufactured by us (e.g. Any electrical opener or lock system of any kind, including lost keys). Registering any applicable electrical or lock system warranty under its manufacturer falls under the responsibility and discretion of the customer.
